Online Coaching

Online Consultation

Our one-on-one coaching service is designed for runners seeking an ongoing personalised approach to training and performance. The program includes an initial onboarding consultation, an individualised monthly running and strength training plan delivered via Training Peaks (GPS watch integration), and regular monthly coaching calls to review progress and adjust your program as needed.

Training programs are typically structured in four-week blocks and are continually adjusted based on your goals, performance, schedule, and recovery. At the beginning of each month, we will have a call to discuss your progress, address any challenges, and ensure your training remains aligned with your current needs and long-term objectives.

Pricing is $120 per month. No lock in contract.

This option is designed for runners seeking expert guidance to optimise their training, manage injuries, or improve performance. During this 45-minute online consultation, we will discuss your goals, training background, current challenges, and injury history. Together, we will develop a clear, evidence-based plan tailored to your needs, providing practical strategies and recommendations to help you progress confidently toward your goals.

These appointments can be booked as a one-off or at semi-regular intervals to review progress and update your plan.

These sessions are 45mins and $135.
